Ive been playing it for a few hours off and on now. And heres what I have to say.

LAG!!!!!! I know that its the first few days, so Ill let it slide, but Goddamnit, the lag is horrible. Maybe the server needs to be reset, maybe they need to tweak it since there are obviously more people on the game than they expected, but whatever it is, FIX ME FAST!!

Other than that, the game is so far great. Leveling doesnt take too long. Graphics are good. And, while being a bit repetitive at first, quests are pretty fun.

Expect a Drak Factor soon!

Yep. All of us were complaining about the Lag. Some people went to loot a body, and unfroze 5 minutes later, dead.

I didn't desert you guys. I just ended up with weird timing. After a year and a half of talking to all my friends about joining, they finally decided to start playing when I, on a whim, made a Tauren. So, all my real life friends who I got playing decided to roll Horde. [I'm looking at you, Ferd]. Now, Bugnard and some others want me to switch servers entirely to an RP server. I'm not AGAINST it, but even when my schedule clears up some, I'm not entirely sure it's gonna work.

So, they've announced the new expansion pack "Wrath of the Lich King", and they're boosting the level cap, adding a heroic class, and more. Not that I'm not happy for all the stuff they ARE adding, but at the same time, it'd be nice for them to add something on the lower end of the spectrum, for when you do finish all that end game stuff, and you want to play a new class. I'm not the only one who would like a hand to hand class, you know?

The bad thing about WoW is it sucks your life away and you forget how many other great games are out there.

Because Im away from my PC for 2 weeks at a time Im not playing it as much.
Then I got HL2 Ep1 and 2 and Portal and CoD4 and GoW etc.
Im still paying for it and Ill go back to it once Lich King comes out but for now, I aint playing it ;)
