Not really a fan of Half-Life myself, in fact never even bothered to play it. Too bad all of my PC time is going to get it upgraded for WoW, otherwise i'd give it a shot.

Well, I've beaten the game, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with it, the level design, graphics, engine, everything, I love it.:D

As for the ending It kind of pisses me off, I wanna know what happens, where the guy is going to who is there, I wanna know if Alyx and Barney are ok:(

Havent finished the game yet.

Im on the buggy level with the sand bug things... kinda cool.

The game is just so much fun, and the story is panning out well.
The atmosphere from the very start is gripping and the graphics actually add to the way you feel about the city.... best game ever, so far! :D

I was fooling around with the SDK last night.. Good stuff, I'm thinking about trying to learn a little Visual Basic and try to make a little mod:)

So I completed the game...

I always thought the game had an x-files quality to it, especially the Gman. And the ending proves it. I watched the X-files religiously for YEARS and never found out about the aliens. HL2 gives you the same thing, a little more information but never any answers!

Fantastic game, cant speak highly enough of it.
Story was fantastic, the graphics sublime and the gameplay was outstanding.
Gameplay especially, you just get thrown all over the place.
Creepy bits, frantic driving bits, traps, striders, plane things, face crabs (I think you can get cream for that! :p) physics actually helping in the game, puzzles.......

Just when you think the game cant throw anything else at you... they SUPERSIZE the Grav gun!

10/10 and a benchmark for all futuregames to strive to get ANYWHERE NEAR! :) :up:
