Hit too close to the truth did I? Star Wars they're fun films but way over hyped and over-rated. The geeks need to get a life, anyone who bitches about OOT instead of Special Editions should be shot. Star WArs A New hope is boring as hell, Return of the Jedi is decent, Empire Strikes back is the only good one. STar Wars episode 1 is crpapy, ATOC is very good but has it's problems. So take subpar story-telling, stupid geeks, and a whole lot of useless effects and you have star wars :)

With that said I'll be first in line for Star Wars Episode 3 ;)

I agree on almost all points. Star Wars is awsome but I never found anything to obsess over. I think Lucas is an ass for not releasing the original version of the original trilogy, but I do still have the special eddition DVDs and am proud to own them. I liked both Episode I and II, they have nothing on IV and V, but they're still fun. I have high hopes for Episode III as well.

With that said, the Matrix kicks ass, so stop being wrong.:p

Star Wars is over-hyped, agreed. They were entertaining but nothing to build shrines over. Unless you count the special effects of the original trilogy at the time. Empire Strikes Back is, imo, the best of the 5 current SW movies. And many agree with this. AotC has as many flaws as most other movies. On an entertainment level, it's the best among the 5, imo again. But it's got tacky and cliché points left and right, as well as lame puns. Like how Kenobi finds out about the clone army.

Matrix was a great film, I myself found Reloaded boring. It was 'deep' and all but I didn't see the appeal that everyone was going nuts over. Revolutions just lost it.

Both the Matrix and the Matrix Reloaded are amung my ten favorite movies ever.

I'd like Revolutions alot more if I didn't thing that the first hour was a waste of time. Second half kicked ass though.

I'm just kind of sick of all the SW bitching I see all over the net, I apologize :) Matrix 1 is good, but I think the sequals are over-rated but fun to watch :)
