What is the green material in his cup in the last couple comic strips?

I think you should also think about the weird purple stuff at the bottom of the cup. Earlier, Obvious just assumed the cup is slushy. Maybe it is? :)

Hmmm, Is Dwak the kind of person who does around the world's at soda fountains? If so, then it could be the coke rejecting the surge.... (I'm assuming they are in a 3rd world country at this point in their road trip, maybe Indiana...)
