Emulators are nice but they don't have that feel of sitting in front of your TV with that plastic control pad in your clutches. :(

Yeah,
I use my PC for Spectrum games........ kinda sad considering each game is smaller than the average e-mail message now! :p

Now what about a Mortal Kombat set? You have no idea how long I've waited for MK 1 and 2 to be given near arcade quality sound and graphics as well as better animated Fatalities for both games.

I hope the PS2 version also goes online.
And for that matter, I hope I can get my PS2 online. I tried it with FFXI, and it was a horrid experience. I went through 3 routers, 2 adapters, 2 PS2s and a full tank of gas.And it didnt work.

I learned never to use online games that are also on the pc. They never work as well on the console system.

What wasn't working? Well, I hooked it all up, the router, ect. And my PS2 noticed that the network adapter was there, but it couldnt detect the network to configure the settings. I even hooked it right up to the modem itself, to no avail. I had ALL the firewalls off, to no avail. So here I was with a FFXI and a HDD, a Network Adapter, and a new router [altogether about a 200 buck deal here] and I couldnt use it. Needless to say I was as mad as UU Hulk would be if he walked in on Betsy and Freddie Prinze, Jr.

Well, Has anybody played it yet?:o . I played it and its actually not that bad at all. The graphics are very smooth for both games and Third strike plays smoothly.......

You should try to find a friend that has it man. Third runs smoother than Dreamcast. And it looks smoother to.....
