I had stuff I wanted to say about this strip last week. Now I'm at a loss for words. :(

Anyway, see? Uncle Rahul isn't as bad as he seems...at times. Some desi folks might recognise a character like Rahul (minus the piggyback-riding).



Also, can anyone figure out what's on Dwak's face? I'm not really sure how to make a good bruise the way I draw and colour Q4.

This comic didn't turn out as good as I had planned. Meh. It still gets the idea across: Jay's free.

I dunno. It's a good "arc" [I use that loosely because I don't know if three comics qualify as an arc]. It explained why Jay didn't have a moustache, and gave his character a lot depth. If you ask me, that worked out great.

I was expecting someone to say "hickey" but I guess "purple cumshot" seems funnier.

It's meant to be a bruise because in the first The Market strip, Jay knocked Dwak out when Saadji surprised him.
