Hello to anyone man enough to reply to this thread! ;)
So here's (http://www.quarter-four.com/index.php?strip_id=29)the late Halloween I spoke of, and the follow-up to the Costume Concept strip.
I'm kind of tired right now so I'll just copy/paste part of the rant I wrote on the front page.
I put a back-breaking effort to make this week's comic's graphics a little better than usual to make up for not having a comic last week. Well, okay, I didn't break my back...and it was quite fun to do. I'd love to make every week's comic this way but sadly I don't think I can do that once I return to school which may be soon.
For anyone who may not have noticed, not counting the face-less extras in the backgrounds all the time, this is the first time a female is on Quarter Four and has a speaking role. Yea, "What took you so long, Saadat?". I've actually had plans for a recurring female character since last summer. But I thought I'd let folks get to know the four guys(or as Drakon on the forum and I and lovingly call them: "The Four Quarters") before bringing in anyone else. For anyone who may be wondering, this recurring female I had planned is not Georgia from the strip above. I'm not sure exactly when I'll bring in a new character. It may be soon. Keep yours eyes peeled for any more supporting female characters with faces because that just may be the one.
Anyway, a rant longer than two paragraphes is very unlike my shy self so I'll end this long-winded note. Thanks for taking the time to read!
Also, for the heck of it, here's the original Disco-Dojo Dwak sketch I had shown folks:
