It's a 2.3 megabyte flash video. This isn't a parody or anything. Rainbow was an actual children's TV show in the 70's and 80's. Now while it WASN'T a parody...it was rather funny in this clip. IMO, anyway. Though too blatant. :|

I remember Rainbow very well. Hilarious clip.
But I still think that this was a joke clip that the presenters made up.
I dont think it was actually shown on ChildrensBBC.
