Does anyone remember that old Mario TV show, with Captain Lou Albano as Mario?

I actually do recall that show. I remember I'd watch it every day after school. Dang, I think that was when I was in the first grade, too. Old. I sort of liked the 'sketches' they put on before/after the actual Mario Bros. cartoon they'd show.

I actually bought the DVD thinking it be awesome like some of my other old cartoon dvds... but let me tell you it's quite bad and it's not even funny bad, it's more like you want throw a hammer at the TV:( Stick with the memories and don't bother ever watching it again:(

I've been recently experiencing this phenomena, only about 9th and 10th grade.
I know deep in my heart that I hated those grades just as much as 11th and 12th, yet I keep saying those days were good.
I'm scared.

As an update to this. I actually found a DVD with the old ZELDA cartoon while I was in NYC back in Feb. I still watch it. Its actually kinda cool.

It was 80s so, it was kinda lame now, but It is still pretty cool, and the music is awesome. I have always held TLoZ theme close to my heart.

A bit of both. Like theres this one where Link is supposed to help clean the castle, but he fakes getting sick, and has to fight off all these cleaning utensils possed by Ganon's magic.
