And at the end, when Urich finishes writing his article about Daredevil's true identity, he looks at his keyboard (it was a Mac, btw because that's the only kind of computer that exists in movies in the 21st century).

Does this exist? "Print" key? And right next to the "Delete" key? And when Urich hit "Delete" one time, it basically did the EXACT same thing as holding down the backspace key and not letting go. Is this for real or is this entire thing just another way for Hollywood to cater to the computer illiterate ones in the audience?

Also, if this WERE true...where is the logic in having the print key right next to the delete one? It's like initially in Half-Life when the 'quick save' key was right next to the 'quick load' key. And you'd fall off a cliff, then hitting quick save, meaning to have hit quick load. THen I went "noooooooo!!!" and I cried.... Okay, back on topic....yea, what's the deal with this keyboard?

I was wondering about that myself. On my computer, those 2 keys are seperated more (but I'm not a computer expert, so don't know how accurate it is). I have never used the "delete" key either...so I don't know how it works, but didn't hink it would act like the back space.

Well it was a Macintosh computer in DD. Those are different from the more-widely used "PC"s. (Basically, if has Windows in it, it's a PC). Now, on a Windows computer, the delete key definitely doesn't do what it did in DD. For text, Backspace basically erases everything on the left of your cursor and the Delete erases everything on the right. And there isn't any Print key (though there is a Print Screen key).

I'm now being told that on a Macintosh computer, the Delete key does function like the Backspace one for a Windows. But the very existence of a Print key, it being next to the Delete and it erasing the way it did are left unanswered.

On Apple computers the "delete" key is the same thing as "backspace" on a windows computer. I'm not sure if the print button is right next to it like that though. I'll look next time I have class... tuesday.

Do they have a "backspace" key then?

I wonder the same thing sometimes. Usually you press Ctrl P if you want to print something. However it was probably used to make the shot simple. It's something I can live with. Sometimes movies can live in their own universe.

I checked yesterday, and no, there is not a print key there.:)
